Surgery went exceptionally well, super happy with results. Shoulder/neck/back pain is almost completely gone. Sleeping better. I was impressed at the thoroughness of all the staff from start to post op follow ups.

I had a great experience … I am very happy with the results after my surgery! I appreciate EVERYONE’S kindness (from reception to surgery to aftercare) and their sincerity when asking about my well being and satisfaction. I also think that the staff I interacted with are genuinely nice people – inside and outside work. And lastly, I believe that all of the staff understands the business model …. that without “customers” their is no business and that providing excellent service is the key to the business model. I wish to thank you for excellent care during my recent surgery for a torn knee
meniscus on Oct 30th. The excellent guidance and care was very evident from
the front desk personnel through an including those responsible for pre-op
instructions, post-op instructions, anesthesia, and finally Dr. O’Brien’s surgery
and follow up discussion. How nice to see a facility staffed with such
competent and caring people.

Thank you for your friendly attention and kind support all through the surgical
process. You are all an amazing team of healthcare providers in these very
difficult times, for which I am eternally grateful and I will certainly promote your
services and very highly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves in a
similar situation to mine in the future

Overall my level of care was way above excellent!!!! I really appreciate the
