Dyana was born and raised in Kelowna. She finished her Medical Device Reprocessing Certificate in 2001 at Okanagan University College. She obtained a casual position at Kelowna General Hospital. While working at KGH Dyana then became employed by Okanagan Health Surgery Centre and has been here 15 years.
