Dr. Andreas Kluftinger

Dr. Kluftinger graduated with honours from UBC Medical School in 1987. He completed his Internship in Victoria BC (1988) and General Surgical Residency in Vancouver BC. He moved to Saskatoon in 1993 and practiced in Saskatchewan for 7 years.

Since 2000 he has performed thousands of General Surgeries at Kelowna General Hospital and at Okanagan Health Surgical Centre. He has served as the Head of the Division of General Surgery and as Chief of the Department of Surgery as well as on many hospital committees. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a Member of the Canadian, British Columbian, and Saskatchewan Medical Associations.
